urgent: promising transfer looking for schools w/ aid

So im a Freshman native to north dakota and atm going to a school in ND. My family makes a relatively average income $60,000 a year.

here's my question: what are the best schools at/near the east coast that i could get in with a considerable amount of financial aid as a transfer? (preferably less than $10,000 debt /year)

here are my stats

H.S:
1900 sat
3.63 gpa
top 20%
AP psych: 4
E.Cs
4 years German/ nearly fluent
100+ hour community service junior/senior year
Held three different jobs during 4 years of high school w/ 20 hours a week
Created a master data base for a local nursing home
Won Congress-bundestag scholarship (prestigious free academic year in Germany) but declined award.

College:
-GPA 4.0
-taking two 300 level classes
-volunteering in medical studies which take several days
-conducting research for psych department
-vice president for ceramics club
-giving private grammar lessons
-and I have saved money to visit/ be interviewed at a school on the east coast to show my interest.
-extremely committed to find an intellectually stimulating college
- also hold a 15hour/week job

I have two amazing recommendations: one from a Wesleyan undergrad and an ex-tufts professor

Im thinking of lafayette or conn college or wesleyan or Tufts?
What do yall think? (any other suggestions for schools /w amazing aid for me and my situation?)

Thank you!!

btw, im a white male

Cornell and Emory come to mind.

Thank you for the input

additions: I attend a university not a CC, and my financial range is up to around $10,000 a year

anyone else?

okay, forget about my financial range. Without computing price, what colleges do you all think would fit for me with the criteria i mentioned above?

thank you!

Columbia ended up giving me an award that put my contribution except loans in the ~10k range, with similar family income to you.
