im an international student</p>

<p>and im admitted to suny-binghamton and wisconsin-madison</p>

<p>in terms of cost, binghamton is really a bargain
however, to be frank, wisconsin has a better international reputation</p>

<p>so which sch shud i choose if im gonna major in business/econ/communication studies?</p>

<p>If the cost differential isn't very great I'd take UW, but if it is, there's nothing whatsoever wrong with Binghamton.</p>
