urgent rec letter envelope question

the address should be:

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions
University of Pennsylvania
1 College Hall
Philadelphia, PA 19104-6376

right?

also, i'm sending in an extra rec letter (he's from outside of school). on the upper left hand corner, for the return address, should he put HIS address or the school's?

PS. does anyone know the email address of an admissions officer or the admissions office? i can seem to find one. thx

I think it's webmaster@admissions.upenn.edu

thanks sghod!

^And I think he should put his address in the return address slot...I called the admissions office and the lady said to just make sure they can match the letter to your file upon its arrival (i.e. include your name, of course, your school and DOB).

AmbitiousMind -- how should he include these information in the letter? attach a separate piece of paper or what? thanks.

btw, is the address i wrote in post 1 correct? is there a street address or something or is College Hall it?

yournamehere: Yes, have him attach a separate piece of paper (not stapled) to the rec (you should provide him with this information, btw). That's what I'm doing and an admissions officer confirmed this.
Also, the address you provided in the first post is correct; it is 1 College Hall.

So, in other words, have your return-address on the top upper right hand corner of the rec letter, but in the envelope, have another page that gives the recommender's information and contact details, right?

^I suppose that'll work too. But you might as well hae the recommender's address on the outside of the envelope and attach a separate sheet of paper with your information.

oh, that's what you meant.

Thanks!
