i want to send in a brief supplement/proof on the state organization i co-founded...but I am afraid, I'll come across as "look at me, i did this this and this,"..any advice on how and in what ways I can use the option to send in supplements to my advantage?

if you want to chat more about this wiht me privetly whihc i will appreciate, please let me knoq

I think you should send it; I think the real place to avoind a list of accomplishments is the essays, because that get's boring. I sent photos of a guitar project i talked about in my essay and a certificate from a summer program i did, and it worked.

That's an accomplishment and it's something you want them to know. If you have like a photocopy of a certificate or something, you can send that in with a few sentances saying what it is. (i think there's a short answer for this on the common app) i think that would make clear what it is, but not be pretentious.
