I just realized that on the Georgetown secondary school report, there is no space to check unweighted/weighted for ranking. Our school only does unweighted ranking, and since I have a very rigorous courseload, this hurts me a lot.
If GPA were weighted, I would be in the top 2%, but with my current ranking, I'm barely in the top 6%.
I was wondering if there's anyway to notify Georgetown? Thanks!

Your school should send a transcript. Georgetown or any other institution couldn’t simply assume students are correctly stating their GPAs without verification.

My counselor did send a transcript, but it doesn’t clearly indicate on the transcript that my ranking is unweighted, since everyone has unweighted ranking at my school. :(

When schools send transcripts to colleges, they are generally accompanied by a “School Profile” which lays out various attributes of the school (enrollment, socioeconomic demographics, course offerings, etc.). The grading system is also explained on the profile.
