<p>When faxing in the missing documents via fax, do we need to write details such as student ID number and birthdate or whatever just on the very first sheet of the documents Im sending in? Can they be written on the documents needed for the application or should we send in a blank new paper for the first page with all the details written?</p>
<p>I'm just in the process of sending the missing documents, so any suggestions/advice based on your experience or what you know would be greatly appreciated.</p>
