<p>I was wondering, if we are mailing our transcript and teacher recommendation for USC, do we need to include the fax cover and end sheets with the transcript letter and teacher recommendation letter? Thanks.</p>

<p>You only need the FAX cover sheets if you are FAXing the items. When mailing materials, just be sure everything has your USC ID# on it.</p>
