Emory was again ranked 20th, didn't move at all.

Emory's endowment seems to have gone down.

They need to diversify their portfolio more. Coca Cola stock performance was lower than previous years. Also, the alumni contributions are very low for a top 25 college. One more thing; last year peer assessment dropped from 4.1 to 4.0. This opened the door for Vanderbilt and Notre Dame to be ranked ahead of Emory. The acceptance rates are rather high for a top 20 school.

The positive about all of this is that Emory seems to be doing well and holding its own as it continues its improve its alumni funding and recruitment of top profs and students. Emory will build upon its strengths and remain a top school indefinitely.

We didn't deserve to be ranked lower than neither Vandy or Rice.

^I agree.......

I thought for sure that Emory would pass Vandy + Rice. How did WUSTL do what they did? I mean, it's true that their acceptance rate is LOW, but still....I never knew that they were considered higher than some of the ivies.

Yeah, just about five years ago, WashU was ranked 17.

Wash U is an exceptional school..that's why it was ranked 11...

OH NO the fatal neither nor either or error ive been practicing for the SAT.... "We didn't deserve to be ranked lower than NEITHER Vandy OR Rice."
