<p>Hey fallbiomed2011,
I am domestic applicant but international student. I finished my undergrad in US. I have about 3-4 years of immunology research experiences, couple of presentations in annual meetings, 2 papers (second and third author) and great LORs (I had some very awesome mentors). </p>

<p>Well for the email, I got two emails once my application was all complete (one from office of admissions and other one from Division of Basic Science both stating my application is complete and is under review). I am guessing they will send me an invite if they like me since I am in US.</p>

<p>phone interview invite from uchicago!!! i didn’t expect i’d receive anything today (sunday in the states right?)!!!</p>

<p>Arrrrrrghhh…the wait for that elusive email/phone call for an interview is excrutiating.
On the positive side…Tufts ISP is still sending invites as someone on the gradcafe forum posted getting one yesterday.of course he was domestic.Wonder if they will ever give internationals a chance.</p>
