Will the scores be out by midnight???
I doubt it
It wasn’t hippo though, it was the bighorn sheep wasn’t it?
I had that but switched to manatee at the last second
why is the sheep??? pretty sure it’s the hippo. not only do they taste similar, the question asked for “which should taste similar based on relationships” and hippos and dolphins are rather close.
manatees taste like elephant more than dolphin.
Idk, I thought it read somewhere but now I can’t find it
why is usabo so dead on cc this year
Hmm, how many questions do you guys think theyre going to drop? IMO, that last one was rather stupid lol
CC is kind of dead on extent, we should just make a groupme or something
to an extent* I need sleep
just because its stupid doesnt mean theyll drop it will they?
I don’t remember hippo being an option… but if so that would be correct. I put down the sheep because campbells had this little diagram with dolphins and sheep together in something like cetarteriodactyla (which hippos also happen to be a part of). Also what time are the scores and stuff coming out tom? Thanks.
@veggieburrito probably late evening is my guess
Guys please post your results as soon as you get them, even if you didn’t make it. It will help us find the cutoff score faster.
ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Constantly refreshing the Usabo page
I’m going crazy rn lol
@TheGreatZZZ
Why would meat taste similar on the basis of phylogeny? Surely muscle function (types of fibers), and the diet of the animal is a better identification for meat taste. I think the answer was not hippo.
@levnerad the question specifically said a scientist thinks that the taste of meat is based in evolution
@Levnerad Because the question asked if scientists decided taste by evolution, then which would taste most similar to dolphin. Hippo is closest, and hence is the answer.
