If you had to choose something to read would it be the evolution chapters or the ecology chapters
I would say evolution as genetics and evolution are 20% of the test while ecology is only 10%. I would also say evolution is easier to learn and memorize than ecology.
Hey, I’m doing the test later this week and I have a few questions regarding how the test is scored.
If there are 2 correct answers, do you get partial credit for getting 1 of the correct answers? If so…
If you know nothing about a question, is it better to put “all of the above” if it is available?
For a “which of the following” question that you know nothing about, is it better to bubble all the answers?
I did not even read biosystematics, as it is only 5% of the test and 200 pages long. I spent that time rereading animal and plant physiology which are 45% of the test.

It is illegal to create a google doc to discuss any USABO questions. No questions should be disclosed until USABO publishes their previous years’ exams officially. And who will verify whether the DOC’s owner took the exam? I think
CEE should be aware of the existence of such google doc.
that means we can’t discuss the 2015 test or the 2016 test…
