USC chances?

Hello!
I have a 27 ACT with an essay of 11
4.1 weighted GPA

I'm involved in the following activities:
1. National Honor Society 3 year
2. ASB 4 years
3. Journalism for 3 years (Editor and Chief for the Online Newspaper)
4. Founder and CEO of my own non-profit that promotes empowerment of women--3 years
5. Scouting (I am the scout master this year)--10 years
6. Admissions Internship at my school-2 years
7. California Scholarship Federation Tutor and Council Member--3 years
8. School Ambassador--3 years
9. Church Youth Group Treasurer-6 years
10. Church Cultural Committee member--4 years
11. Technology company marketing intern--4 years

I feel like I have pretty good ECs and I'm taking some challenging courses about 2AP/honors courses each year. This year I am taking 3 AP courses at school and one independently. I am planning on majoring in Economics.

Realistically, what are my chances for admission to USC Annenberg or School of Arts and Sciences?

Also take a hard look at the 2013-2014 freshman profile: http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/docs/USCFreshmanProfile2013.pdf

The middle 50% ACT composite of those admitted is 30-34, It would really help if you can raise your ACT.

Not good. USC likes high standardized test. You may need to lower your sight.
