@Twinmomhell - So, you got one accepted to UCLA and one accepted to USC? Can’t remeber if that was you that posted about that.
If that was you, did both apply, and get accepted to USC?

@BrianP9999 WOW! Impressive. Live on campus, go to Santa Monica City College. Any admission into the Cinema department is outstanding!
Anyone know how fast the orientation sessions fill up?
does anyone know if I go to the post office in the morning if I can get my mail before it goes on the trucks?
@cookie16 the admitted student day registration is not open yet. not sure about orientation, isnt that later in the summer?
There are a # of orientation sessions throughout the summer. No worries. And you cannot even register for them yet. They will email you updates regarding it later.
Last year, the first day to sign up was April 3rd (assuming you pay your commitment deposit by a few days before then).
They understand that many need to first receive their FA package before committing to USC.
For those of you who were accepted (for spring too), would you mind sharing your stats?
does anyone remember anyone from last year whose package came late? i’m in SoCal and know of ppl who’ve gotten their package already and i’m extremely anxious…
Stats are irrelevant to spring admission, it’s about majors being full. Let’s face it, the stats of scholarship kids aren’t any different from many many students that don’t get a scholarship and even some they turn away. There are just too many great students applying these days. There are 34 ACT and 4.6 gpa not even getting admitted and getting full tuition elsewhere or getting into top 10 schools. So asking stats about a particular group doesn’t yield good info at a holistic school like USC.
@cpd333 My daughter’s arrived two days late last year… but that was in FL.
If i get rejected do they still send rejection letter?
I live in Orange County but didn’t get anything
Congrats to all that have been accepted thus far! I’m hoping for a white box in my mailbox tomorrow (Charlotte, NC)! As for as spring admission goes, if one decides to enroll in another university for Fall 2018, will the credits transfer to USC?
18class-- I an in NY, my mail on Saturday doesn’t arrive until 3 or 4. asked my mailwomen if I could go to the postoffice and get mail early, she said she is there sorting from 9-11 and I could collect it from her then.
I am interested in hearing the stats, I don’t think stats are irrelevant and I’m hoping some of the accepted students will share their stats even though they keep getting persuaded not to do so on here. This forum is shared by many people, not just a select few who get to control the content.
i do think stats are irrelevant, because most people have very similar stats anyway.
If you are a spring admit, you cannot register at another 4 year university as a full time student - but you can take classes there or at a CC, and yes the credit may transfer, you should check articulation agreements to see if USC will take them.
@hamparyanmomager @piranhavator i’m in north county sd and i haven’t checked this thread in a while. so we’re thinking that it would come tomorrow at the earliest?
For the nm finalists who didn’t make the scholarship round in january, if they get in now, will they get in as scholarship recipients, or does that come later after accepting the offer?
does anyone know?
Are spring admits counted towards the admission statistics that USC released?
