Guess I’m just not good enough once again but oh well catch me at washu because no one else wants me lmao
@romns116 Congrats! I’ve been checking and checking specifically to see your results! If USC is your son’s #1 choice, it is totally worth it. He can knock out a bunch of GEs at a community college in the fall (saves a bunch of $$) and 4 years later he’s a USC SCA grad!!
rejected; 35 ACT; 4.0 unweighted ; 3 sports varsity, captain of 2; lots of ECs, 9 APs… oh well

@justanotherstudent2023 WashU is an amazing school! And the fact that they really see something in you and believe in your successes should make them even more exciting!
@justanotherstudent2023 WashU is a great school! Congrats! I’m waitlisted. Lol
Does everyone have their updates yet?
rejected
Financial aid offers… if nothing is missing from the applicant or their family… are usually posted to your FAST portal by the end of March. Some may get them by early next week. It sort of depends on when the file became complete… as it takes a few days thereafter to finalize things. Merit offerings should be finalized within the next couple days.
As for housing… Newly Admitted Freshman Applicants: The USC Housing application will be open at 9am (PDT) on Wednesday, March 27th. You will receive an email by March 26th with your login information.
I do recommend, even if you are not sure if committing to USC, to go ahead and post the minor housing deposit… usually just $55 or so… to reserve your place in line.
Aw man, rejected. Time to work on the appeal letter, lol
@justanotherstudent2023 yooo me too! It’s Washu for me too now
Thanks y’all I know it’s a good school it’s just not the one I necessarily wanted to go to. I think with time I’ll come to appreciate it it just stings getting rejection after rejection from schools I’d prefer going to
