does anybody else’s USC youSC portal still say pre applicant? how can i fix this
does east coast have a shot today? no one seems to be getting any news here
Anyone from the Midwest with a box? Seems like it is only California folks so far?
No SD either?
Does anyone know if you need to complete the FAFSA or CSS Profiles to be considered for merit scholarships? I have not done my FAFSA or CSS for USC yet because I know I won’t get any financial aid. However, I am still hoping for merit scholarships if I am accepted.
Is there a difference between the applyto.usc.edu portal and the myUSC portal?
Has anyone gotten a white box in Florida? I’m in Central FL and haven’t heard anything nor have I received a box. Maybe tomorrow for East Coasters?
@LLAMALOVER101 you can still get merit aid without filling out the form yet
Nothing in Illinois
Is it possible to call USC to check if we will receive a box?
is all of CA out today
My son received his white box today. NorCal near Sacramento.
Santa Barbara, and no one at his school so far has received anything…
So far mostly So.Cal and No.Cal applicants have received the coveted white box.
Seems most people in other states will find out via the portal tonight/tomorrow.
bay area, and haven’t received it. i’m assuming i didn’t get anything, seeing as most people in cali have received theirs already
At my school, Ventura county right on the border of LA, noone has gotten anything which is very out of character; we usually have at least 5 people going to USC with scholarships. Ofc, maybe this year our class was just not as strong as past years.
SC here, nothing in the mail, hopefully I’ll get something tomorrow but I’ll let the portal update tell me tomorrow
Has anyone in the 2-day USPS delivery zone (besides No Cal) received a white box today? Anyone in the middle of the country or the East coast?
No idea if people will find this helpful or not, but both my twins applied to USC. One withdrew due to being accepted ED somewhere else. USC sent a confirmation email and hard copy letter, however she is still able to log on to the portal. That said, both her portal and the twin waiting for an acceptance have fonts that are larger than they were previously. So, if there is any connection to being accepted to the large font, it would seem to mean then that it is a non-acceptance, since my one daughter is clearly not being accepted to USC. It probably means nothing at the end of the day.
Cincinnati, OH here - nothing in the mail yet. Hoping to see good news on the portal.
