<p>Financial aid deadline (CSS/Profile & FAFSA): February 10th, 2014.</p>
<p>There is no need to file the CSS/Profile for USC until the financial aid deadline of February 10th regardless of whether you are applying to the December 1st scholarship deadline or the general deadline (though I advise submitting both the CSS/Profile & FAFSA by late January to guard against last-minute problems).</p>
<p>If, on the other hand, you are submitting the CSS/Profile now because of early deadlines for other schools to which you may be applying ED or EA, there is no problem with submitting it to USC now and then submitting the FAFSA in January.</p>
