alrighty... a few questions-

when it says account balance- this is just for first semester, yes?

and i got an email saying that my account must be "settled" by august 24th... what does that mean? is that when i have to pay the balance by?

Yeah, it means that you have to pay by then. And yes, it is a hard deadline...they actually do shut down the system for maintenance at close of business :)

And yeah, first semester only...

for things like books and lab fees, are those something that we have to pay for in addition to the online bill, or is that included

Lab fees are included, but books are not.

Do we get refunded for the $400 housing deposit, because it isn't one of the transactions posted on my bill?

You get the housing deposit back next May.

We get it back next May? I think I already got mine back in late April. Is that normal?

I have a question as well. Will they roll student loans into this bill? It seems silly to write them a check and them have them give me cash back?

My son's is also missing a scholarship still on the credit side so he has to call. I am guessing this is close but not quite final yet.

powerabe13: You shouldn't receive back your housing deposit until you're almost ready to move out. I checked my balance and I received mine back April 26th, about 2 weeks before I moved out. The previous poster was asking if he would receive back the 400 dollars he just paid for a deposit any time soon.

drizzit: Yes, student loans will be added to this bill. I would wait about 3 weeks or so before paying this bill just to make sure everything is incorporated into it. You can pay online the bill online as well, which is fairly instantaneous and a lot easier than sending in a physical check

To 2+2=5: Oh, you're right. I didn't get the housing deposit back for this year, but for last year. Note to self... DUH! Haha. Thanks!
