<p>On oasis, well I just got an email stating it was up. I wonder if there’s an appeal process, or if they’d be willing to match ucla’s full tuition + books that they offered me.</p>

<p>It wouldn’t hurt to try? I didn’t receive any e-mail. Did you already submit your enrollment deposit?</p>

<p>No I didn’t. Maybe I’m one the few dependent on financial aid here on CC, but I find it very ballsy and risky to deposit without knowing what one’s financial aid packages look like, especially without depositing at the UCs(assuming others got into one and had that school as their alternative). That package was a huge surprise. Especially when costs are close to $40k for tuition alone. The difference alone for one year would have paid for my time at Berkeley had I chosen to attend, and had UCLA not offered me grants that cover full tuition and fees + some books.</p>

<p>^ possibly – tuition alone is about 37k/yr.</p>

<p>then the reality hits… I don’t know how comfortable I’d be, asking my parents to pay my tuition.</p>

<p>Hey like how did you qualify for ‘Federal Work-Study $3,000.00 $0.00’? I think I signed up for this too when I submitted my paperwork. Nothing shows on my financial aid status however.</p>

<p>I hope USC is generous with aid, I just applied June 2nd cause I didnt thhink i would get in so I didnt worry about the stuff they were asking for. My EFC is 0 and I hope I get a good aid package cause i withdrew from my other schools :-x</p>

<p>i’m sure you guys will receive something nice from USC. my EFC is 11k and my mom and i are pretty happy with the package</p>
