USC Financial Support Statement Documents?

I am an international student applying to USC.

I have heard USC doesn't give out need-based financial aid to international students (and is need-aware). Is that correct? If so, there would be no point in checking "yes" for the following question: "Do you intend to pursue need-based financial aid?"

For the Financial Statement of Personal or Family Support in the Common App (<a href="http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/docs/Part2_InternationalForm_1516.pdf">http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/docs/Part2_InternationalForm_1516.pdf</a>), what do I put down in the Yearly amount of support in US dollars? Do I just put down $64761 (the total estimated cost) since I won't be receiving any aid?

Also, how do I get "documentation of available funds (such as savings deposits, checking accounts, investment portfolios, or a signed bank letter verifying the ability to pay educational expenses)"? What are they looking for?
I'm confused

and I wouldn’t have to complete the FAFSA or CSS?

Where is the $65000 right now? You need documentation (bank statement, letter from bank, a document from the financial situation or investment company, a monthly statement) proving that you and your family have the $65000 USD. Tell your parents you need evidence in writing that they have the money to pay for your first year.
