USC housing application help!

<p>I have started my USC housing app. and I have made it to step 7, which is where it asks for the card holders name etc. I haven't filled that out yet or payed because I want to go back to step 6 which is the special interests floor. It is not clickable anymore and it says Completed. I don't understand why because Step 5 (housing options) is still clickable. Is there anything I can do to Redo that part? I haven't even payed.</p>

<p>I want to get the Women's Wellness Floor :-)</p>

<p>Email housing and let them know. My daughter accidently clicked on something that was no longer clickable. I emailed housing and they took care of it immediately.</p>
