I'm a senior from upstate New York and I've been accepted to both USC and Michigan. I'm not sure about their international relations/studies programs. Cost isn't really a factor considering USC is private and I don't live in Michigan. I'm a little concerned that Michigan may be a little too big of a school for me. I'm going to visit both but I'm just wondering what others opinions are about quality of education or which school will give me the best opportunities. Thank you!
