When will they release acceptances for the merit scholarships? The deadline to apply was December 1st and I just wanted to know when acceptances will be mailed out. Someone at my school said she already got accepted with a quarter scholarship but I wasn’t sure if it was true. 
I know acceptances usually come out late Jan ish. My sister got a full scholarship and she got her acceptance on Jan 20…
Also, after you submitted your app on Dec 1, did you get an email from USC saying that admission decisions will be out on April? I’m just a bit paranoid now because I know that as long as you submit before Dec 1 then you’re considered for the scholarship but the email doesn’t say anything about it

Is it possible to be admitted in the next few weeks but then given the scholarship later in April?
@wmarcussen1 No. You’re only considered if you submitted early, and you’re only admitted early if you got a scholarship (athletes being exceptions, naturally). The only ones capable of getting scholarships afterwards are NMFs who (i’m pretty sure) get 1/4 scholarships automatically
NMFs get 1/2 tuition, and smaller scholarships may be given out at a later date. You should be getting your notification early February this year. Please post on the USC board for more accurate information!
(And no one but athletes should have been accepted with scholarships yet)
