Hello
My daughter has recieved the trustee scholarship (full tuition) to USC and she has also been accepted to Georgetown. I was wondering if Amy one has had such a tough decision and what they chose? She has been accepted to the school of Foreign services and wants to major in international relations. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
What would be the difference in cost over four years and is your family comfortable handling it?
SFS is pretty much the top IR school/program in the US – if she is interested in working in foreign affairs/relations, there is no better place to be.
But USC is a good school too, so if the cost difference is huge – especially if she feels the fit at USC is better – then USC could be the better choice.
Thanks for your response, yes cost is a big factor since USC is offering full scholarship.
If your child saves the money and goes to USC, would you use that saved money for her grad school? Might be worth considering/discussing.
