Roger and Michele Engemann have already been benefactors to USC. It was just announced today the Engemanns donated $15 million to fund the new student health center. The new five story center will be constructed next to Fluor Tower on the USC campus.

Michele Dedeaux Engemann is on the USC Board of Trustees. She is an alumna of SC and is from a Trojan family. Both parents, two children and three siblings are graduates of the university.

A drawing of the building is available on the USC website.

The new building will provide counseling services and specialty clinics in dermatology, oral health, allergies and orthopedics. It will also include laboratories and imaging facilities.

lol so do i get free dental check up :D

^ The health center is for things you would see a doctor for, not dentistry. I do know, however, that the dental school does offer check ups at a low/reduced (or even free?) rate for students…

A new health center is long overdue!

I hope the entrance faces Jefferson, instead of campus. That would make sense given the long-term plans for University Village.
