Where are you from? Is cost a factor?

I think USC can be a party school at times, from what I have heard. BTW I'm going to USC and for Arch

Intelliot, I live in Western Mass, originally from Budapest, Hungary. Money is not a big issue. My mother secretly wants me to go to USC even though tuition, housing, and living is probably over 50g a year. The problem is I'm really interested in Architecture but not in working myself to death at a school just for its name. I don't really know the people at both places, although at Tulane there is a greater percentage of students from all over the US, which means I might run into more kids from the northeast. I really don't think I could handle spending my college years trapped in a studio. Anyways I think I am starting to settle on going to Tulane and if I don't like or I think I could do more then I'll try transfer to USC the next year.
