<p>You guys are all undergrads???? That's bizarre I didn't know they were doing phone interviews. I had never heard of it before. Oh well expect it to probably be a good thing (though I don't see how interviewing their top candidates makes any sense).</p>

<p>I haven't received a call, so I'm hopeful that it isn't contingent on it. I remember hearing that someone's son last year didn't receive a call and got in... I forget what their name was.</p>
