Usc vs ucla vs berkeley

I got into all these three universities and others but since I live in California and Socal, I chose these three. So please help me out. I want to do pre-med and get a high GPA and MCAT, I heard the competitiveness of UCLA/Barkly but I know I can focus and work hard. USC, I'm still a bit uninformed about its prestige, medical school acceptance rate, and basic pre-med life there. SO with this in mind can you guys tell me where I should go to become successful/happy and get accepted into great medical schools.

thanks a bunch to those who reply!!

As a Cal alum, all I can say is Ouch!

Seriously though, please see the Resources sticky thread at the top of this forum, it contains the thread that WOWMom refers to and others that should be read by any student planning to take premed coursework. I also recommend lurking, reading current threads and using the Search function to read past threads, to get a better understanding of what being premed means and finding answers to FAQs.

I didn’t mean any harm when I said “barkly”, I love ucb and I want to attend, me making a nickname for the school just shows my love and nothing more. That aside THANKS FOR THE COMMENT

^My misinterpretation. I’m so used to people not spelling Berkeley correctly, that I just assumed a massive typo (shouldn’t have because of the title). ;)

Congrats on three great schools! Choose the one that suits you, you’ll be happy and do your best work, which will lead to good med school results.
