^^I got that, but originally my major/ class was unknown/unknown.

Doesn’t USC realize we are all fairly tech savvy now? I mean, I am a 50+ year old Mom and I could find this. I love you USC but really?

Then maybe there is hope. Click on the link and see if it takes you to the housing form and has your name in the upper right corner.

Mine says that too, but maybe its just for those of us who applied for Financial Aid??

The link that is embedded in that message has unique variables tagged onto the end (which I removed when I posted my sons link). When clicked on, it takes you to a housing and FA form and has your name on it. Could mean nothing. Could be set up for everyone like that.

I’m kind of afraid to click that link incase usc is watching

I didn’t apply for financial aid and that message involving the housing page came up for me as well. I clicked on the link and it worked.

I have it too. I think everyone does.

I clicked on it, and it has my name on the upper right. It also has a bunch of fill in the blanks about housing info, expected USC graduation date, etc.

Everyone probably has it, though.

Then maybe it is just there so it can be activated when folks are notified they have been accepted.

I would add that you can get to that form through USC connect by going to required info and forms then to the document library tab then click on Enrollment and Housing Form (Supplemental Form) and it will give you the same form.

Ah, then I guess we really do have to wait. Hopefully the USC Admissions tweet about the FA “unknown/unknown” thing was not a lie; either that, or they were rolling out the updates (best case scenario).

There’s also extra things below the housing plan change form. Does anyone have, “If you receive additional resources…”? I’ve only seen this in FA pages for college I’ve been accepted to.

I have that but I had my first choice, it will could mean something if an unknown/ubknown has it too

I had unknown/unknown and I have this in my FA page. This would be an indication if people don’t have this thing in their FA page.

@Bouncer Where is that? I’m afraid to use the housing form for fear of being tracked.

Unfortunately, the page source suggests that unknown/unknown was meaningful, and a harbinger of bad news. It looks like the code is looking to see if there is a class and major listed in a separate database, and if so - it prints them. And then that functionality was hidden so that those fields wouldn’t in fact print. The only hope for unknown/unknown is that the separate database wasn’t fully populated when the glitch came to light. That’s possible, but given that the letters are all ready to be sent, likely dubious. Regrettably.

Go to your Financial Aid > Status Check Page > View Page Source > Search “We have calculated”

@Bouncer Mine says,

If you receive additional resources, including grants, scholarships or agency awards, please submit
documentation of the source and amount to the Financial Aid Office. You can upload a scanned copy of
the scholarship notification letter or other documentation through
<a href=“Redir.aspx?Target= (removed this part for confidentiality) " target=”_blank">Required Info & Forms.

But I think everyone has this? And I had unknown/unknown at first, which @SouthYarra1988 suggests may have meant rejection.
