<p>D is trying to make her profile on the admitted students site. It says the username and password are the same as for the admissions portion of the website, but while her username and password do work on the admissions portion of the website they don't work on the admitted students portion.</p>
<p>We really do have an admissions letter with her name on it, honest.</p>
<p>She's going to email them, but just thought we'd ask in case someone else had the same problem and knew how to fix it.</p>

<p>I don't know if you guys already tried this but when you first type in your username and password it says your username/password cannot be found, but it also asks if you have activated your account. Since this is your first time logging in you haven't activated your account yet. So just click on activate account and type in the stuff it asks for and your account should work.</p>
<p>Well I tried activating a new account, but it still didn't work.</p>
