UT Austin: any difference in difficulty of admission into the various colleges?

Is the Moody College of Communications significantly more difficult to get accepted into? Specifically, is it harder to get into than, say, the College of Liberal Arts?

And is the Radio Film and Television Degree more competitive within the Communications school?

I think I want to be a business major but might end up going to law school. I go to a Texas private school that doesn’t rank. My GPA is only a 3.65, which is not that great. I am taking Spanish 3, AP Stat, AP Physics, APEnglish, and Honors pre cal this year (junior year). I am making around a 2200 on SAT tests in blue book. I play two varsity sports, am in several clubs, and am on student council. I have lots of volunteer hours also. Also many leadership roles at summer camp. So my question is, do I have a shot at getting into Mcombs or should I just forget it and apply to liberal arts where I have a better chance? If I put Mcombs as first choice, will that make it so another school…maybe liberal arts… won’t accept me? I hate to miss out on UT if I am not 100%sure what I want to do anyway. Suggestions?
