-26 ACT
-class rank 19 out of 107
-200+ hrs of community service
-4year letter in track and field and football and also 2 year letter in tennis (gaining all severall all district and regional awards in all)
-National Honors Society
-Yearbook
-Culinary Club
-Spanish club
-Military History Club

I say you have a very high chance of being accepted to CAP. Actually, depending on your major, you may have a chance of getting into UT Austin. A girl from my class this year had a 25 ACT (and not auto admit) got into UT as an English major.
We have the exact same GPA and ACT score. I was in the top 10.5% of my class and got CAP admission (but not UT Austin admission).
If you aren’t admitted to the university, you’ll get CAP. It’s really barely even a question. All Texas residents who don’t get in outright are offered CAP. I’ve never heard of someone not being capped if they didn’t get in
Edit: As long as you meet the minimum requirements for a participating UT system school, that is. Which, I believe you do for all of them
