Ah this is so frustrating.
In the morning, not sure the exact time but it was around 8 am
Last year when my LHD got accepted, it was in the evening after dinner. We decided to look one more time, and there it was finally her acceptance into her major. This year when my 2nd daughter was accepted it was also there in the evening. So hang on everyone! There’s still time to hear today.
When my son was admitted last year, he was accepted on Friday, February 19th around 5 pm. If I recall correctly, UT admissions tweeted just before decisions started to be released. Also, an email was sent to check my status. Good luck to everyone!
Getting on a plane at 7pm tonight for a week out of the country without good internet – hope to hear something before takeoff!
My daughter got her acceptance last year around 5:30 and it went through the weekend with people hearing about their decisions.
@EngineerGirl1679 Do you know what your friends stats were approximately for Nursing?
Your application for admission has been denied.
international students come out
UT just tweeted “The week’s not over” [-O<
@caseyl823 – it will be interesting to see if any nursing admits happen today. I have a strong feeling all the nursing decision acceptances went out a few weeks ago.
@bluedreams Yes, I tweeted that they implied decisions would be released and that we need more Longhorns! They tweeted back that “The week’s not over!” I’d say that means they are still coming…hang in there!
There’s a definite disconnect between those on the phones and social media vs those who actually release the results. I remember I called three ago on a Friday–> the lady on the phone (admissions) kept insisting on March 1st and lo and behold the wave started at 4pm that day. I guess when @BreadedPrincess and a few lucky ones got their acceptances. The wait is just brutal to say the least !
me too!
I was just offered PACE
@daniel6kim are u international or regular??
Unfortunately since it wasn’t me but a friend I don’t have exact stats, but I believe she was top 8-10 percent with an ACT somewhere around 30. Also participated in and EMT program at our school. Yet, no dice. Seems like nursing was very selective this year. Worries me even more for engineering
It might help everyone if when you give your decision results over the next hours and maybe couple of days if you could remind everyone of your major request and some basic stats like class rank and ACT/SAT scores.
@daniel6kim Congrats! Did you get the news today? Your “My Status” changed now? Plz share.
