I think the whole thing depends on how competitive your major is. Especially if you are applying for a major in Cockrell. Again, everything is speculation, the whole process is clear as mud!

absence of a “small wave” tonight will make next week almost certain, isnt? 
Can you call UT Tech support and try to ask what that message means? I tried calling but they said someone who got the error needs to call so they can see the account

They just said that it’s probably something wrong with your browser or account but it’s not an indication if you’re admitted
