So I am at top 12% of my class (95 of 724) and my ACT is at 25 (I plan to take it again) and SAT is at 460, 550, and 500. I’ve taken a total of 6 AP/Dual Credit classes and I’m taking 3 more AP/DC classes for this year, my senior year. My grades range from A’s to B’s, and I rarely get C’s. I’ve gotten credit for 3 out of the 4 AP tests I’ve taken. I plan on majoring in Psychology (if that matters). I do quite a bit of volunteer work and I involve myself in extra curriculars (clubs and orgs, not sports).

Do I have a chance of getting into UT? Top 12% isn’t high enough (I realize that) but with the rest of my resume, do I have a chance at all?

It’s not only your rank that is hindering you. Your test scores are far too low. Both your SAT and ACT fall below their 25th percentile for admitted students. Right now you don’t have a chance. I don’t know what grade you’re in, but if you have time to raise your test scores significantly you’ll be much better off.
