UT Austin rescind?

Hi,

I was accepted as a math major in UT Austin for this fall, but I’ve experienced a massive episode of senioritis. The average of my numerical grades (my school does numbers, not letters) fell from 92 to 82, including 3 C’s and a 77 in AP Physics C (though no failing grades). I’m afraid that my admission might get rescinded. Is this a possibility, and if so, what should I do about it?

Thanks

They won’t unless it impedes you from graduating. I wouldn’t worry about it.

Possibility, yes, especially due to the competitiveness of UT and the College of Natural Sciences. I have experienced people getting their admission taken away for grade drops similar to yours. I wouldn’t worry to much about it, but if your question is if there is a chance, then yes, there is indeed a chance.
