UT Austin vs. UCSB (pre-med)

Hey everyone,
I noticed a couple discussions about help with choosing a potential school, and I thought I would ask for help in my decision. I am currently deciding between UT and UCSB for the upcoming fall of 2018. I am an OOS student, so I would be paying OOS tuition. Cost is not a problem for me, but I am having a hard time picking one over the other.
I understand that these schools are relatively similar to each other in student life and both have very high levels of academic prestige. I am an outgoing individual looking for a fun undergraduate experience but also a strong academic biological science program. I have been admitted to both of these schools and only have a couple days left to choose!
I have also visited both schools and gotten the feel of the campus. Honestly, I did not fall in love with one over the other. I plan to get involved in Greek life and many clubs. Greek life seems to be pretty hard to get into though OOS at UT.
My biggest problem that I am facing is whether the big school atmosphere in a city is worth choosing over the beautiful views of UCSB. If anyone has any input on which of these schools would be more beneficial in preparing me for pre-med I would love your input!
Thanks!
