Hi,
I'm a senior in High school and currently choosing between University of California Santa Barbara and University of Texas at Austin for where I will be attending college next year.
I'm most probably going to have a history major while I fulfill my Premedical requirements. I am looking to attend a pretty top tear Medical School after I graduate.

From which school do I have a better chance of getting into a better Medical School?

Go to whichever one you like the best. I personally recommend Santa Barbara for the beach! What school you go to will not give a significant edge over other applicants. What will matter is how you do in the classes at whichever school you pick, your MCAT, and your EC’s. Both schools will provide you with sufficient opportunities to shadow/research/other premed activities.

whichever is instate. Paying OOS rates to attend a UC is a baaaaaad investment.
