UT Austin: What are my Chances?? HELP!

<p>I am a 17 year old white male that lives out of state. I attend an urban public high school. I am 20th out of 292 in my class (top 7%). My GPA is 4.0 unweighted, and my cumulative GPA weighted is about 97. My AP scores are as follows:
AP Comparative Government- 4
AP Calc AB- 4
AP World History- 4
AP US History- 5
AP Lang- 5
AP Stat- 5</p>

<p>My test scores are as follows:
Sat test date 1: 2120 M:730 V:730 W:660
Sat test date 2: 2120 M:670 V:730 W: 720
SAT superscored 2180 M:730 V:730 W:720</p>

<p>ACT test date 1: 33 composite English:33 Math:32 Reading:32 Science:33</p>

<p>I do Public Forum debate and this year I qualified for and attended the Catholic Nationals Grand National tournament in Philadelphia. I also attended Varsity and JV State for Georgia.</p>

<p>I have played the Viola since I was 10. I have played in many orchestras, and i currently play in a high school symphony orchestra where I am 1st chair. I also play with my school orchestra.</p>

<p>I ran cross country in 9th&10th grade and plan to in 12th.
I played Ultimate Frisbee at my school since 10th grade.
I played Soccer at my school since 11th grade, and in 12th grade joined a club soccer team.</p>

<p>I have been studying chinese since 3rd grade. I have visited china 3 times and have lived with only my father in various chinese cities. I can communicate with locals and find my way around china without a translator. I am not completely fluent, but plan to continue to take chinese classes in college. </p>

<p>I haven't done much volunteer work yet, except for giving blood 3 times, but i plan to in my senior year.</p>

<p>I am applying to UT austin Cockrell school of engineering (Chem E or PetrE) and UT austin Plan 2 Honors program. What are my chances?! What could I do to improve my chances?
