I got into UT Plan II and BHP a few weeks ago, which sounds awesome, but I also just got into Wash U Arts and Sciences. I'm excited and confused... which is better academically. I know UT has the social edge and a lower tuition (I'm in state), but Wash U is a great school too?
Any advice?
...also, I have no idea what I want to do career-wise.

UT will be a lot more fun and warm. Plus it’s cheaper. It may not be as prestigious as Washu, but it’s in, or near, the same tier.

I’d go to UT for Plan II/BHP even if it was a lot more than WashU. Definitely not the other way around though.

With FA, maybe Wash U will be cheaper. Do you know how much Wash U will give you in aid?

I don’t qualify for financial aid. I can really afford either, but I’m still taking price into consideration.

If you can afford either, visit them both, sit in on classes, then decide. It’s which school fits YOU, not anyone on here.

I’m in the same EXACT situation as you lol…
are you visiting next weekend for discover BHP? I think it’ll give a really good insight to see how business classes are at UT. I was kinda hesitant at first to even consider UT, but I really like it the more I hear about it…If you have any more thoughts, contact me!

Plan II and BHP are definitely higher than WashU.

UT is ranked in top 5 or 10 for several areas of business.

I think UT honors is more prestigious and it’s cheaper.

I think UT honours is a great program and it’s at a fair cost [with you being in-state] so I’d go for UT unless money is no option.
