DS is attempting to register for freshman housing and he can get to step 5 where it directs him to watch a short video and check a box to show he’s has watched the video. He’s done this but it will not progress to the next step. He’s tried different browsers, rebooting, even a different PC but it just won’t let him progress. Any ideas??
Did you get it worked out. If not, I would call the housing dept. today. Congrats on the McDermott weekend. Got my fingers crossed that he makes it.
