<p>Hello, I am college freshman planning on transferring from a community college to the University of Texas at Dallas this coming Fall. I have completed about 33 transferable hours, my GPA is a 3.8, and I am in a good standing from my previous school. Are my chances of getting in good even though I'm only transferring as a freshman? </p>
