I know UTK just redid a bunch of dorms and parts of campus, but what are the most popular/ favorite dorms?

Fred Brown and Volunteer are among the newest and seem to be fairly popular.
Can freshmen live in both of those?
Definitely at Fred Brown; I don’t know about Volunteer, you may need to ask the housing office.

Freshman can live in Fred Brown, but only upperclassmen and transfer students can live in Volunteer.
