I am looking to transfer to UVA and become a biology major there. I see that they are very strict on bio majors taking the core classes for the major at UVA. I have already taken genetics and this is one of the core classes. If I get into UVA and declare a bio major will they try to make me retake genetics or will they accept my genetics credit and allow me to move on?
Go look at techs and UVAs 2017 graduation archives and see how many bachelors of science are awarded in biology. also look at course selection before you decide to transfer
