UVA chances and more?

Hey, I am at the end of my junior year, and I would like to know my chances for getting into UVA engineering. My stats aren’t so great right now (especially test scores), but they should definitely improve

In-State
GPA Weighted (after Junior year): ~4.0, UW ~3.7
SAT: 1270 (530E 740M 15/24 Essay) *Taken it once
ACT: 26C (24E, 29M, 19R, 30S, 9/12 Essay)
Some notable extracurriculars (Not counting what I’ll do senior year at all): 9 years of competitive summer swimming, 3 years of HS swimming (1 JV, 2 Varsity), 1 year varsity track, church youth group, some church camp (which will help a ton, don’t feel like explaining it).
After this year, I will have taken 5 APs (Government, Physics 1, US History, CompSci, Language) and 2 half-IB courses after this year (the IB courses will be completed my senior year).

I know my chances are not great right now, but what can I do to make my chances better at this point, other than improving test scores? Is it too late to join clubs and do other things that will look good?

Finally, I am thinking of finishing strong my senior year, but that will mean I am going to have to take full AP/IB classes, which are:

AP Calculus AB
AP Literature
AP European History
IB Computer Science
AP Physics C
AP Psychology

I really, really would like to get into UVA, but will there be a big difference in taking AB or BC calculus, or AP Literature and regular english 12? I heard UVA loves hard classes senior year, but I don’t want to stress myself out too much. Also, I am not doing full IB, so is not taking that opportunity going to hurt my chances a lot?

Thank you for reading, I’d greatly appreciate it if you would respond!!
