I just checked the admission letter and it stated it would be mid March. Hopefully, it will be tomorrow.
@veryproudfather, what letter says mid-March? If that is out there, I will look into it. I just checked the screen shots that students posted of their letters and they say April 1. SFS can’t post packages before we finalize decisions.
My daughter received hers yesterday, so they are starting to arrive!
Email came in to D yesterday evening that her prelim award had been posted to SIS.
Dean J it was Acceptance letter for EA.
If you plan to apply for Financial Aid, please submit all of the required documents before the Student Financial Services deadline of March 1st. Award information will be posted to the Finances section of your Student Self-Service Center in mid-March.

Still no information posted on SIS
Ah. I think financial aid was planning on a mid-March release for EA students…but I think you’re aware that we had some very recent changes to our financial aid process here. I think this made them revisit the work they had already done.
BUT I am not in Student Financial Services, so it’s best to direct questions to them.
I’d like to mention again something that I pointed out to D1 back during application season… she (and any of you who attend UVA with her) will be graduating in 2019, the 200th anniversary since Mr. Jefferson founded the school in 1819.
Now I cannot guarantee that this will be celebrated more than most years, but UVA in general seems quite proud of their history, so I expect it won’t go unremarked. #UVA200
Wow, FCCDAD, that is exciting to think about.
just got a call from a local alumni. he was really pleasant and helpful. overall good experience applying to uva…
