UVA or Wake?? Please Help!!

Stupefy weeps as she types on the UVA board, go and comment in your own board, dont be a sore loser, it makes people lol at you.

Thank You very much powderpuff, and its very interesting you say tht because everyone I talk to here at Wake says it sounds like ive already made up my mind about leaving wake to join UVA, even though I dont feel that way. Well the more I think about it the more I cant see myself saying ‘no’ to UVA for the exact reason you mentioned.

You are welcom Anamnum! Wow, does this mean that you really might come here to UVA?! I hope so on your part. It will be a great adventure that you won’t regret :)

I guess you can say I am leaning towards coming nothing for sure though, but I just cant see myself saying no. Another great thing is if I go i think i have a room I could get in lambeth through a friend which i hear is the place to be?

I’ve never lived in Lambeth, but I’ve heard great things about it. Best of luck in your decision making.

@Anumnum, Lambeth has a great location & is primarily filled with 2nd years. On the con side, the apartments are older and also rather small. If you decide to transfer and have friends at UVA, also look into off-campus housing. It will give you more options.

As a transfer, you will have missed the freshman bonding experience, so make sure that you get involved in campus life (clubs, intramurals, etc.) and don’t just spend all your time studying at the library. Take advantage of all the opportunities UVA has to offer. Good luck!

Thank you 12rmh18, and yeah tht is my exact worry about transferring, I know absolutley no one, that is why I want the housing with the most 2nd years, and look or size does not matter at all, i looked at the floor plan and it is so many levels above my room here at Wake tht it will seem great to me. And yeah I am immediately going to join around 2 or 3 clubs and will definitely rush in the spring.
