Right now I'm having a tough time deciding between UVA and William and Mary (Monroe honors). I plan on being premed, most likely majoring in Biology or Neuroscience. I've heard that both schools have great Biology and Neuroscience departments, as well as good premed overall. However, many med schools want undergraduates to participate in research and to volunteer/shadow doctors at hospitals. Which college is better for undergraduate research and hospital experience? Where is it easier to participate in research/ where is there higher quality research?

Also which school has easier/harder premed? I know premed will be hard everywhere, but I'd rather not be overworked :)
