I applied to UVA on Dec 27th. After the 5 bussiness days passed, I called them and was asked to send my high school address, which I did. That was more than two weeks ago. I have called again last week and all they told me to wait five more bussiness days, which have passed. I also sent an e-mail and got no response. Relly bad treatment. Anyone else went through this?
Your title is a little misleading. Did you check your spam or junk folders and add our email addresses as safe senders as (we ask applicants to do this in the application instructions)? FWIW, I haven’t heard of any issues from other applicants.

My daughter applied early action. I had 3 occasions to contact admissions, once by phone and twice by email. All were responsive and addressed the issue on the first communication. The email responses were both in the same day as my email to them. The communications related to application status were outstanding compared to the other schools she applied to. Her emails from UVa sometimes go to the social folder in her gmail account. One of her “to do” actions took several weeks to clear after the material was submitted, but I attributed that to the volume of documents they need to process.
