UW 3.25 / ACT of 35 HELP!

So here's the deal. I have been really worried about admissions to some of the schools I am thinking about. Here are some stats:

Asian (Indian origin)
UW: 3.25
W: 3.97
ACT: 35
ECS: Very solid and 117 Community Service Hours as well as around 3 Piano awards
Rigor of schedueles: MANY MANY honors and APs! I will finish with 9 APs total.
Desired Major: Chemical Engineering

Schools I am interested in:

Penn State- University Park
University of Delaware
University of Maryland--College Park (Resident)
University of Minnesota
Purdue--West Lafeyette
Univerrsity of Illinois--Urbana Champaign
Ohio State--Columbus
North Carolina State University - Raleigh

ALL BY PRIORITY DEADLINE!

I would really appretiate it if you guys could tell me if these are matches/high matches/low reaches/high reaches!
ALSO, some suggestions to other schools would be nice!
Do you also think merit aid is also a possibility???!

UMD: Match
Penn State: Match
UIUC: High match (that’s a huge split)
Ohio State: Low match/Match
NCSU: Low match/Match
Purdue: Low match/Match
UMinn: Match
UDel: Low match

Yeah, I am now thinking o taking UIUC off my list. Thanks!

UIUC’s big on GPA, especially for their engineering department, so unfortunately I think you’re chances are slim. The rest are attainable

Don’t necessarily take it off the list…you can never fully know unless you apply. It’s good to have some reaches…and even then, UIUC here isn’t a reach for you.

Apply as early as possible to these schools to demonstrate interest/increase your chances (most of them have easy apps)…

Alright, got it. Thanks! I also kinda need some ideas for safety schools that aren’t all that terrible in ranking ChemE wise. Any suggestions?

If you can afford U Alberta, and scored high on the AP Tests (especially if they are laden with 4s and 5s), then U Alberta becomes a safety.

I’m not sure how U Alberta ranks as a ChemE school/engineering school though!
