UW Honors Decisions:

cachememory: No, I believe scholarship letters are released separately

ahh, im starting to panic because i still havent heard back yet and i got accepted on december 19th...=/

lmichellelee...have you heard back yet?

My daughter is still waiting on UW Honors and totally stressing - admitted into UW mid Dec.

She never got an email or postcard saying her honors application was complete (as it indicates on the website). I did call on Wed to see if it was complete and was told that "yes" it was.

I don't like this waiting game....grrrrrr

Does anyone have an idea of how many merit scholarships are awarded? I went to the site posted in #4, and it was pretty vague about how many are awarded....particularly interested in the OOS awards....?

I'm about in the same boat as you (OP): UW was my safety, and I got into honors. I'll probably get rejected from everywhere else, so I'm very happy that I got into honors, because I'd much rather get the smaller feel inside of UW (though UW itself rocks, of course). ^.^

When are all honors decisions supposed to be announced?

D accepted to UWash on or about January 8th (officially). Accepted into Honors Porgram today.

I live in Seattle and I got my letter from UW Honors yesterday. (march 18th).

I got a four-year tuitition waiver. It comes in the same envelope as the admittance. 20 ppl selected. (I almost think it is some sort of joke someone's playing on me).

i'm still freaking out...

S got his Honors acceptance today, with no scholarship or tuition waiver. Glad to be in, but waiting to get all the decisions before saying yes.
